This led to significant time wastage and frustration for all parties involved. As financial conditions became more challenging, fraudulent activities increased, causing our staff to miss out on occupancy- targeted bonuses and other incentives. To address this issue, we've implemented a pre-approval spending power process inspired by practices in the real estate market. This process ensures that you only receive prospective tenants who have already been vetted and can genuinely afford the apartment you're showcasing. By adopting this approach, we aim to create a win-win situation where both property owners and prospective tenants can save time and effort, leading to a more efficient and satisfying rental experience for everyone involved. ![Get Checked_2396166137-1-1-2](https://checke.me/hubfs/Get%20Checked_2396166137-1-1-2.png) ![SaaS Image](https://checke.me/hubfs/raw_assets/public/@marketplace/inboundelements_com/SaaS_Elements/images/theme/icons/growth.svg) ### Growth Expansion and advancement are the key guiding principles of success. ![SaaS Image](https://checke.me/hubfs/raw_assets/public/@marketplace/inboundelements_com/SaaS_Elements/images/theme/icons/team.svg) ### Team Work Working together is a powerful asset!
